My Priority

My goal for August is to stick to an 8-week 8K training schedule that looks something like this:

I found this training guide here. I signed up for an 8K run in Virginia Beach on September 29th. This is something I KNOW I can do but if I did it right now it would probably be a struggle. Tonight I am doing a strengh training workout and hopefully a little cardio. I may do 30mins on the treadmill to break a little sweat!

I am pumped!
