I weighed in last night at 186.4lbs. That is 2lbs down from last last weigh in two weeks ago! Hopefully it will keep going in that direction. My weight has been fluctuating alot in the past month or so.
I've been bad about doing a weekly weigh in. I always step on the scale when I go to my regular gym but I've been bad at writing it down. Im going to try to create a table of some sort on my blog to track my weight.
Maybe I'll make a real post later today!
